SALARY: $55,468.00 – $83,201.00 Annually
FLSA: Exempt position, not eligible for overtime compensation.
The Mobility Services Program Supervisor is the third level in a three level Program series. Positions perform supervisory work for a transit program. Under the direction of the Accessible Transit Services Manager, the Program Supervisor will participate in administration of all contracted service providers, concentrating on the administration of an ADA Paratransit program. Typical duties might include: conducting performance evaluations, ensuring staff are trained, making hiring and termination recommendations, managing program processes, providing program oversight, coordinating staffing for events, overseeing preparation of program materials, responding to complex problems and complaints, and evaluating the performance of call center and operations and maintenance contractors in the provision of demand response services. The Program Supervisor shall contribute to team efforts and represents Agency core values in the performance of duties.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, transportation planning, or a related field and three years of experience directly related to a demand response transportation system; or, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties such as those listed above. Transit or paratransit program experience is required. Valid Arizona Driver’s License Background Investigation: Employment is contingent upon the results of a background check.
