The Luzerne County Transportation Authority (LCTA) seeks a dedicated and results oriented individual to join our team as LCTA’s Procurement Manager.

JOB SUMMARY: Plans, organizes and manages all procurement functions to include the development, compliance and administration of effective procurement and contract policies, procedures and activities for the Authority. Responsibilities also include managing the acquisition and inventory of vehicle parts and the disposal of surplus property, compose and maintain all vendor contracts and relationships including business negotiations to assure the Authority is receiving the best possible pricing and delivery. The Procurement Mgr. must work closely with the LCTA financial departments to ensure prompt and accurate payments to all vendors.
